TN-CIL
The Tennessee Conference for International Leadership (TN-CIL) includes leadership training, cross-cultural communication, activities, social events, and a chance to learn more about yourself and the world! Students will have an opportunity to participate in a service project. Also, it is a wonderful chance to meet interesting people from other schools in Tennessee and develop leadership skills with an international focus.
Goals of TN-CIL include:
- Provide tools for developing leadership skills
- Challenge perspectives of global leadership
- Promote friendship and networks among international and study abroad students
- Promote cross cultural understanding on our campuses and beyond
- Recognize differing styles of leadership across cultures
- Provide an opportunity for students to present workshops in front of their peers
- Share your culture with others
